Jane Nathanson brings over 40 years of real estate experience to Hilton & Hyland. As a longtime resident and agent in the Beverly Hills area, she understands the ever-changing landscape of the city she calls home and has exclusive access to new and exciting opportunities. She has proudly represented buyers and sellers in multimillion-dollar transactions and, along with her husband Marc, has participated in the acquisition and sale of commercial developments throughout Los Angeles. Her portfolio extends beyond the local market to Aspen, New York, and Europe.
Having graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in fine art, Jane has always had a keen eye for design and a passion for architecture. This experience, along with her upbringing in New York and Europe, has provided the tools necessary to identify truly exceptional properties. Having completed numerous high-level design and renovation projects she is fluent in the attributes of a great home.
An Angeleno through and through, Jane is involved as a board member of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), a former founding board member and trustee of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), and also serves on the national board of the Aspen Art Museum. As a psychologist and licensed clinical marriage and family therapist, she is a trustee at UCLA Medical Center and founder of the Nathanson Family Resilience Center at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Hospital.
