Hollywood couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have sold their first marital home in Beverly Hills for $10.35 million, according to property records.
Spanning about 7,300 square feet, the house most recently asked $11.3 million after first listing for $13.995 million in 2020, according to Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland, who had the listing with colleague Drew Fenton. The buyer, whose identity couldn’t be determined, was represented by Chris Huddleston of The Sher Group. Mr. Huddleston didn’t respond to requests for comment.
Mr. Kutcher and Ms. Kunis, both former stars of “That ’70s Show,” purchased the five-bedroom home for $10.215 million in 2014, according to property records. They wed in 2015 and lived in this house for several years before moving into another Beverly Hills home, this one custom-built on roughly 6 acres, said Mr. Huchel. Mr. Kutcher and Ms. Kunis didn’t respond to requests for comment.
Located in the gated community of Hidden Valley, the house was built around 1999. It has a mahogany-paneled office, wine room, sauna and a gym. The roughly half-acre lot contains a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen, said Mr. Huchel.
Ms. Kunis, 38, is also known for her roles in long-running cartoon sitcom “Family Guy” and 2010 film “Black Swan.” Mr. Kutcher, 43, appeared in CBS sitcom “Two and a Half Men” from 2011 to 2015, and 2011 film “No Strings Attached.” The pair have two children.
Hidden Valley is known for its celebrity property owners, including Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, according to property records. In 2021, the average home in Hidden Valley sold for roughly $6.4 million, with the most expensive sale recording at about $9.95 million, according to Los Angeles county property records.
