The home, which spans 4,400 square feet, features three bedrooms, as well as a gym, a home theater, and a swimming pool. One thing that is uniquely Californian? The focus on seamless indoor-outdoor living. Glass walls on multiple floors open to terraces with views of both the Sunset Strip and the ocean. The singer has also reportedly renovated the property, adding his unique British flair. Styles is giving up the West Coast life (and proximity to his former One Direction bandmates, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan) in favor of spending time at his two other estates: his home of London and a place in New York City, which the singer reportedly purchased earlier this month.
