The Real Deal profiled the most expensive listings for single-family residences in Los Angeles for the month of October, a time that most residents associate with cooling temperatures and pumpkin spice. After having a record-breaking year, a phenomenal 2017 continued as the firm represented three of the five highest listings in October.
