Hilton & Hyland is proud to not only release its 2018 Fourth Quarter Market Report but announce that it closed out our Silver Anniversary in style by once again dominating the Los Angeles luxury market. In 2018, Hilton & Hyland commanded 43% of the $20 Million+ market, 25% of the $10 Million+ market, and 21% of the $6 Million+ market respectively.
Hilton & Hyland set the tone for our 25th Anniversary early on by representing the highest sale of the year at $110 million. Throughout the course of the year, the brokerage would celebrate the highest first two quarters in company history at $1.6 billion in sales volume, bring an increased amount of press coverage with exciting new inventory to match, open its new office on historic Canon Drive, successfully rebrand, and reinforce the company’s position throughout the world. Needless to say, the firm is immensely proud of our agents who have joined together to make 2018 such a stellar year.
