Last week Jonny Nash and Stephen Resnick hosted a celebratory twilight open house for their property just above the Sunset Strip.
The home, located on Rising Glen, hosted nearly 400 guests who enjoyed the seamless floor plan, modern fixtures and unbelievable views.
Boasting five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, this grand estate is perched on the cul-de-sac of Rising Glen.
An elegant marble entry-way ascends to the main living floor. Walnut floors and paneling run throughout the spacious home. The open plan includes a Poliform kitchen featuring Miele appliances. Floor to ceiling glass serves as the perfect frame to the picturesque city views, and compliments the Crestron smart-home technology perfectly. The residence features a home theatre providing the perfect setting for movie night. Follow the seamless flow upstairs to the jaw-dropping master suite of 2,000 square feet.
The home was masterfully decorated on the night. Hilton & Hyland was proud to partner with Diptyque Paris and Aston Martin Beverly Hills. The paris-based luxury brand graced the home with a handful of their finest candles, while the luxury automobile proudly displayed a brand new Vanquish.
As guests cycled through the residence and took in the beautiful vistas, they were also able to participate in a silent auction benefiting the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
Throughout the entire month of March, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles will be promoting “Make March Matter,” a campaign to rally corporate partners in support of the hospital and bring focus to the health care needs of children.
Hilton & Hyland was proud to welcome Children’s Hospital to the open house, and host four silent auctions throughout the night.
