The newest report from Christie’s International Real Estate further proves that Hilton & Hyland has not only set the new standard for luxury real estate, but continues to maintain a stronghold on top sales worldwide among Christie’s premier affiliates.
In fact, the collection of Christie’s brokerages represents not only the finest in Los Angeles, but the finest across the globe. The leading international brokerages are affiliated with Christie’s, and Hilton & Hyland takes great pride in the partnership and their association as Founding Affiliate.
Despite some economic uncertainty and political unknowns, the report indicates that those with the highest net worth are still interested in purchasing luxury real estate. In fact, the firm has already closed a tremendous number of high-end luxury transactions in 2018.
Not only do we comprise 50% of Christie’s Top Ten Reported Sales for the First Quarter, but we also represented the highest sale of the year as well.
Unsurprisingly, no brokerage has sold more top properties than Hilton & Hyland.
