REAL Trends released its 2015 REAL Trends Real Estate Website Rankings, which includes Hilton & Hyland’s new site among the Best Overall Website. To determine the rankings, REAL Trends analyzed nearly 750 real estate websites through a combination of collection strategies, including the top 500 real estate companies as ranked by the REAL Trends 500, online submissions, and top technology vendors and design firms. The 750 entries were narrowed to the top 25, which were then voted on by a panel of real estate chief technology and marketing officers from across the United States.
In addition to being named one of the best overall websites, Hilton & Hyland earned the top five spot for Best Design. REAL Trends also included Hilton & Hyland on its list of Best Mobile Websites and Best Conversion Strategy.
The new www.hiltonhyland.com, which launched in May 2015, offers a robust search function with advanced search features, including the ability to find based on open house dates. Visitors can also search for homes by size, new construction, waterfront and many more options.
The Hilton & Hyland website also features detailed listings and Los Angeles real estate market insights, including average sale price, average days on the market and number of new properties sold.
