As for Rodrigo Iglesias, it is impossible to mention exclusive Malibu properties without mentioning his name. For over three decades, Rodrigo has focused on new developments and remained a key player in shaping private, guard-gated communities such as Beverly Park, Marisol Malibu, Grand at Malibu Colony and Malibu Colony Estates, some of the priciest residential estates in the nation’s luxury market.
After taking his biggest professional risk in 2007 by starting over in Malibu after the recession hit, Rodrigo remains successful and charismatic as ever. In fact, the Hilton & Hyland veteran agent will be hosting a Toy Drive at 21500 Calle Del Barco this weekend from Saturday to Sunday.
